The players that max is talking about have played well over a year and have had several accounts with maxed melee + about 5x more items/cash than all the newer players put together..
I have never seen you around before so I guess that you have only been playing for a few days? If so, why didn't you wait for the new server to come out as it was clearly announced about a week ago.
