Step 1:
Buy or mine ores

Step 2:
Put those ores into a furnace

Step 3:
Use the Watchtower teletab and go to Yanille

Step 4:
Use the bar on an anvil

Step 5:
Create knives with this bar

Step 6:
You Have created knives

Step 7:
REPEAT THIS PROCESS A GOOD 200 TIMES

Step 8:
Congrats you have 99 smithing
